The model 130 is ideal for system component or laboratory use in applications requiring a highly stable,
highly regulated, low-noise source of high voltage power. Features include: remote programming,
local/remote metering, positive or negative polarity, ripple less than 200 mV, plus a wide
range of precision and ultra-precision configurations available for system and laboratory use.
Many years of experience in encapsulation of high voltage components provide compact packaging
without compromise of performance or reliability. All designs incorporate short-circuit and arc protection.
Applications
Typical applications include focused ion beam machines, electron microscopes and electron beam lithography.
