Purchase orders are accepted from customers with established CPS credit. Please see terms and conditions below for credit requirements. If you'd like to apply for credit, please fill out the attached file credit application.pdf and fax it to 503.684.8164.
Non-open account orders may use a credit card, bank transfer of funds or apply for open account. ($500.00 minimum).
Terms
Net 30 days with credit application approval on orders over $500. For orders under $500, or for customers without approved credit, Visa, Master Card, C.O.D. or bank transfer are acceptable means of payment.

Shipping and Handling
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Standard shipment is UPS ground, prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipment via other major carriers may also be arranged. All orders will ship within 48 hours or you will be notified of any delays.
Warranty
CPS warrants each of its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. Technical support is included on all products. For detailed information please see our warranty.
Return Policy
CPS will accept product returns for a period of 90 days after shipment. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Please contact CPS for detailed information.
Custom Designs and Modifications
Many of CPS’s standard products are the result of custom designs. Let us know about your special requirements including modifications to CPS’s standard products.
