The HVP-500 high voltage probe is an accurate tool for calibrating, monitoring and testing high voltage power supplies, CRT display systems, microwave systems, nuclear instrumentation and other high voltage equipment.
The divider probe is only 20 inches long, weighs 2.6 lbs., and utilizes CPS’ unique epoxy encapsulation process to provide a safe, yet manageable device. Model HVP-500 is designed for use with high impedance voltmeters. Divider ratios of 1,000:1 and 10,000:1 are available. Circuit loading is 2,000 MOhm.
Accessories
Standard accessories include two tips, a corona ball and a pointed tip. A hook style tip is optional.
